Casiraghy Alberto

Alberto Casiraghy is a writer, aphorist, poet, thinker, illustrator. In 1982 he founded Edizioni Pulcinoelefante: since then he has been creating small, prized books that are printed exclusively with movable type, in very few copies. His friendship with Alda Merini dates back to the early Nineties: over the years, Casiraghy printed more than a thousand little books by the Milanese poet. "He is the baker of book publishers, he’s the only one who prints within a day" said Vanni Scheiwiller.
