Born in Rome in 1970, Domitilla Dardi is a design historian and curator. She has been curator of design at MAXXI in Rome since 2010 and became its Senior Curator in 2022. She is a lecturer in the three-year BA and MA programmes at the IED in Rome. She has been a visiting professor at various institutions, including the Universidad de Navarra in Pamplona, the Accademia Abadir in Catania and the MADE Program in Syracuse. She is co-founder and curator of the design fair EDIT Napoli. She writes for several magazines in the sector and is the author of numerous monographs and essays, including Manuale di Storia del Design, written with Vanni Pasca.
