Paolo Nori - (Parma, 1963) lives in Casalecchio di Reno and writes books. After graduating high school, he worked in Algeria, Iraq and France. Back in Italy he graduated in Russian Language and Literature at the University of Parma, with a thesis on the linguistic theories of Velimir Chlebnikov. He works as a translator of technical manuals from Russian. He met Ermanno Cavazzoni, Gianni Celati, Ugo Cornia and Daniele Benati on the editorial staff of "Il semplice", with whom he collaborated for years, publishing his own writing influenced by both the Russian avant-garde and the local Emilian style.
