Laureata in Grafica presso l’Università d’Arte e Architettura AZAD di Teheran (2001) e in Illustrazione presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna (2014). Dal 2001 lavora come illustratrice per editori e riviste, sia iraniani che internazionali, tra cui il numero 40 della rivista Hamelin di Bologna. Ha illustrato circa 13 libri per bambini, pubblicati in diversi Paesi. Nel 2013 ha ricevuto il Premio Álvaro Becattini (Italia) e il Premio Speciale del Nami Concours (Corea). Dal 2015 realizza albi illustrati come autrice e illustratrice:Kagittan Sehir(2015), albo senza parole pubblicato in Turchia da Red House Kids e in Cina,Storia di un viaggio(2016), pubblicato in Italia da Kite Edizioni,Chalk Eagle(2018), pubblicato in Inghilterra da Tiny Owl Publishing, nominato da IBBY UK per la biblioteca per bambini di Lampedusa ed riconosciuto come uno dei libri silenziosi più importanti a livello internazionale nel 2019,Road Adventures(2025), albo senza parole pubblicato in Italia da Corraini Edizioni. Nel 2023, quattro suoi poster per il Bologna Jazz Festival sono stati esposti presso la Biblioteca Salaborsa di Bologna.
