Yocci’s gastronomic table mat collection is set to expand with the addition of that most traditional of Mantuan dishes, tortelli di zucca (pumpkin tortelli), based on a recipe from Rosanna, who has been making them in her pasta shop in town for decades.
Yocci gives step by step instructions – as always, in both Japanese and Italian – on how to prepare tortelli di zucca, from the pasta to the filling (with amaretti and mostarda, as tradition dictates!).
