La tela magica di Yulu
To her father Yulu is a brilliant little girl, destined to be a great painter. One day her father says: "Yulu, by now you are able to paint a self-portrait!" and takes her out to buy a canvas. In a small store they spot a piece of "rain and dew linen," a particularly valuable canvas that belonged to a great artist. It seems like the perfect canvas for Yulu. Yet every time she starts painting she finds the same result in the morning: the self-portrait has turned into an indistinct jumble of colors! For days Yulu tries to paint, again and again, but the painting becomes every time a formless tangle of paint...As she struggles with her canvas, will Yulu be able to complete the self-portrait?
A four-handed work by Andersen Prize winners Cao Wenxuan and Suzy Lee, a gift to all the children who tenaciously pursue their their own dreams.
