Faguni the greengrocer sells fresh fruit at the village, but one day she finds a crocodile in the ditch... "Catch that crocodile!" the frightened inhabitants scream. But who is going to do that? Robin the policeman? Dutta the doctor? Or maybe Bhayanak Singh the wrestler? Soon you will discover that the crocodile is simply a disorientated animal, that doesn’t need to be captured but only wishes to go back to its river. Will the crocodile succeed in its aim?...

After Una tigre!? Su un albero?! and L’elefante non dimentica!, we present a new tale by Anushka Ravishankar made of sentences running after each other in a rhythmic movement. A tale to be read, recited or played like a ring-a-ring o’roses. The wrinkled and essential illustrations are obtained in a two colours screen print process (green and black) on a special paper, made and printed in India to give to the story the original fragrances and fullness of the paper on which it is written.
