They were decorated with intricate compositions in paper and other materials (wax, ivory, glass and crystals) and were designed to add embellishment to the relic held inside.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eQuilling\u003c\/em\u003e gathers together some of the finest examples of these miniature works of art. Examples include pieces from the private collection of American photographer \u003cstrong\u003eNan Goldin\u003c\/strong\u003e, who is showing photographs taken especially for the event.
