The initiative, produced in collaboration with Polyedra and with the support of Aiap (Associazione italiana design della comunicazione visiva) and Adci (Art Directors Club Italiano), began in March 2013, when Italian and international designers were invited to illustrate their favourite recipes in a contest for outstanding culinary posters.\u003cbr \/\u003eA jury of 5 professional designers selected 100 projects from the entries: the book Spollo Kitchen contains their recipes, explained and illustrated, to be both tried out and looked at.\u003cbr \/\u003eThis \u003cstrong\u003esecond edition of Spollo Kitchen\u003c\/strong\u003e is something more exciting than just an illustrated recipe book.
