Iamurri Laura

Laura Iamurri earned a degree in Humanities from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (1993); after having completed a graduate study programme in Art History at the University of Siena (1997), she received a PhD in History and Criticism of Environmental Heritage at the University of Milan (2002). She is associate professor of Contemporary Art at the Department of Humanistic Studies at Università Roma Tre. Her research focuses mainly on artistic practices, visual culture, and the connections between artists, critics, periodicals, galleries and museums in the twentieth century, particularly regarding feminism and the memory of fascism and the Shoah.
