Ug Philippe

Philippe Ug graduated as graphic designer from the Duperré School of Applied Arts in Paris. He is a confident paper engineer, silk-screen printer, teacher, and newspaper cartoonist. Both an autodidact and a pioneer in his field, he is famous for the manual production of pop-up books. With his 3D cardboard cut-out artwork, UG embarks his readers on a page-by-page journey into a colourful and surprising universe. His books have been translated into several languages.
