It is the original version, humorously interpreted by graphic artist Alberto Rebori. The result is undoubtedly a new and original "Artusi", entertaining and sharp, without being disrespectful. 790 recipes are accompanied by over a hundred black and white drawings and 80 coloured ones; numerous recipes have been transformed into brilliant cartoon strips which demonstrate how Artusi's writings are still valid, clear and effective.
