Ogni Cosa

Conceived and curated by the artist, the volume Ogni Cosa was published on the occasion of the exhibition of the same name on the work of Andrea Fogli, held in 2013 at the Casino dei Principi in Villa Torlonia, Rome.

The book illustrates Fogli's investigation into place, the contemporaneity of art and the universality of its language beyond temporal and spatial boundaries. The “irruption” of the present day into his works becomes the natural continuation of a journey that has its roots in classicism and the identification of emotional and exciting archetypes.

The result is a journey that unfolds through pictorial cycles, charcoal drawings, wax sculptures and photography, experimenting with matter and multiplying its form in search of the most appropriate one.
