This is the cheese

There is a strange calm in the kitchen but there are signs of impending disaster everywhere: there’s cheese in a mousetrap, a canny mouse, a faint-hearted maid, a clumsy cat and a dog who is just passing by. The snapping of the trap will set off a chain of mishaps in an amusing crescendo of confusion. Who knows if that clever little mouse will end up sinking his teeth into the cheese…
