BRAC

 

BRAC is a contemporary art bookstore with vegetarian and vegan cuisine. Opened in Florence in 2009,
combines the passions of the founding partners and life partners, Sacha Sandri Olmo and Melisa Di Nardo.
Sacha, born 1966 in Florence, grew up around the world and has devoted attention to culinary research and experimentation for 20 years. Chef of the Brac kitchen has always offered simple, freshly prepared dishes through the use of fresh ingredients.
Melisa, born Chene-Bougeries 1981, grew up between Geneva and a small town in Abruzzo. She graduated in biblioteconomy from the Carlo Bo University of Urbino and has worked as a librarian at the University of Florence since 2017. For years she oversaw the selection of the library's bibliographic collections, which she continues to supervise to this day.
