Nicoletta Grillo

Nicoletta Grillo, born in Milan, is a journalist and lives and works between Berlin and Italy. With the German publisher Logos, she published an essay on the poet Paul Valéry followed by two collections (Lettere all’amministratore del condominio, edizioni Lietocolle, 2015, and La pioggia che cade ieri, edizioni La Vita Felice, 2017) and the trilingual plaquette Il tempo lungo, with images by Béatrice Nicolas (edizioni RAUM Italic). She loves experimentation and she shot four video poems with the video artist Barbara Bernardi that won numerous prizes at different festivals. The inspiration from the book Lasciatemi divertire. Quaderno di un poeta in erba comes from her experience as a teacher in German schools, among other things.
