Massimo Gardone was born in Genoa and raised in Palermo. In Trieste he founded Studio Azimut together with his collaborators, Alessandra and Lorenza, and began to develop the first photographic projects that attracted the attention of graphic designers and companies. Known for his still life images, his photos can be found in the catalogs of the most important design brands, but when he works on personal projects his favorite subjects are flowers and the sea. The research on petals and pistils began many years ago and is not yet finished. The romance with the sea is more recent but no less intense. Images of the flowers and the Massimo's seas have been used for exhibitions and books.
