Gianluigi Toccafondo was born in San Marino in 1965. He studied at the Urbino Institute of Art and lives in Bologna. He has created animated short films, television themes, animated logos for films and commercials, covers and illustrated books since 1989. In 2007 he was assistant director to Matteo Garrone for the film “Gomorra”. In 2010 he created the animated title sequences for Ridley Scott’s “Robin Hood”.
