Militello Andrea Giulia

Andrea Giulia Militello is an Italian illustrator and author, born in 1998 in Milan. She studied comics and illustration and illustration for publishing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna. Blu! is her first book, published with Corraini Edizioni, and is inspired by the memories of Giulia as a child who saw her little cousins being born and found them all very ugly! To seek inspiration, she strolls through Bologna's famous porticos or goes for long walks in the hills outside the city. Every now and then she goes back to Milan, but she says that she draws better in Bologna.
