Paul Cox was born in Paris in 1959 to musician parents of Belgian and Dutch origin, Paul Cox is a self-taught artist. In parallel to painting, which is his main field of work, he has produced children's books, posters for theatre and opera, sets and playful installations, advertising campaigns and games. He is passionate about all printing techniques, in particular lithography and silkscreen printing, which he uses more for experimental production purposes than for reproduction. He has collected a selection of his works in several books, including Coxcodex 1 (Seuil, 2003) and Coxcodex 2 (in preparation). Corraini has published Art&Design (2019), Alphabetical Little Theatre (2017), A Book of Lines (2006), Intanto (2002) and il Gioco dell'amore e del caso.
